so that people know that you've give consent for your image to be used.

•        Why might it be used in the creative industries?

so that you do not brake any laws, and wont get sued.
•        Thinking forward to assignment 3 (making your own website and video), why / when might you need to use these documents?
So i have permission from the person and their legal guardian to use images of them on my website
